Roasted Buffalo Cauliflower
Hello fellow food lovers! I made this recipe last week, so apologies on the delay in getting the recipe posted. This was a great weeknight snack and side, which also made great leftovers. This was actually very easy to make and didn't take more than 30 minutes. Next time, I may try a recipe with a little batter or bread crumbs to make them a little more crispy, but this go around, these hit the spot! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
~1/2 tsp garlic salt
~1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tb olive oil
1/2 cup hot sauce (my favorite is a local restaurant's, but Crystal's is a close second!)
1 tb butter, melted
1 tb lemon juice
celery ribbons (optional, for garnish)
shredded carrots (optional, for garnish)
Ranch or Blue Cheese (optional, for garnish/dipping)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees (I used 375 and now know it should be at 400). Line a baking sheet with foil. In a large bowl, mix the cauliflower florets with the olive oil, garlic salt, and onion powder. Spread evenly on the baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. In a separate bowl, combine the hot sauce, lemon juice, and melted butter. Remove the cauliflower, toss with the hot sauce mixture, and place back on the baking sheet. Bake for another 5-10 minutes, depending on your oven. Remove and top with a drizzle of ranch, shredded carrot, and ribbons of celery!
